Monday, February 12 - Simon is loving his new drone and the awesome pictures it takes. Nick loves it too! If I can't find my boys (and Ricki in the background), they are probably outside flying the drone and taking pictures!
Tuesday, February 13 - Grandma and Jim took the kids and I to Chick-Fil-A for lunch. The kids had so much fun playing in the playroom, we stayed even after they had gone. :)
Wednesday, February 14 - I was in charge of Zack's Valentine's Day party at school. We made necklaces, decorated yummy cupcakes, and played games. It was super fun! Later tonight, we were invited to the Mortensen's house for an amazing V-day dinner and game. It's been a great day!
Thursday, February 15 - Ricki, Zack, and I stopped by mom's house today and she commented that our hair looked exactly the same. She snapped this pic and I thought it was kind of fun. :)
Friday, February 16 - We got our fireplace!! Yay!!!
Saturday, February 17 - The Coles family found out yesterday that one of Chase's little friends from school has cancer. They got together with a bunch of other families from the class and put on an amazing bake sale/fundraiser at a local Herriman park. The kids, Savy, and I walked over with packed lunches then bought horse rides and desserts. It was a fun outing and good to get some exercise in for the day.
Sunday, February 18 - Kendra has this awful bruise on her hip from doing the "bar" at school on recess. At first, it was bright purple, then dark blue, and now (several weeks later) it looks like this! She showed it to me and said that there is a big hard spot in the center that if it gets hit or pushed on, it stings. That freaked me right out! We will be having that seen in the next day or two!
