Oct 1 - 7

Monday, October 1 - He did it! Our cute Nick got braces on today!! He looks really cute with braces on and I can't wait for those teeth to be straight and beautiful. Hopefully he can get through the next two or three days of pain. :)

Tuesday, October 2 - Simon and I have talked about getting a king size bed for ages but we finally did it! He has been watching KSL for a few months and this bed set came up for a good price so he called on it. It isn't in perfect condition but it's pretty darn good and we are loving the extra space of the king!

Wednesday, October 3 - We had a really fun/interesting young women's activity. A man in our ward, Brother White, is a mortician at the Memorial Murray Mortuary so he invited us there and gave us a tour. It was really interesting to learn what they do there and how they take care of not only the bodies of the deceased but also the families that come in. It was a really neat experience for both the girls and the leaders. Maybe we will do another "mort tour" in 2019!

Thursday, October 4 - The leaves are changing and we're getting a lot more rain again but we also get awesome things like double rainbows right outside our back door! Tonight, mom and Katie hosted Bunco out at Katie's house and they did a fabulous job! I actually won 4th prize so that was really fun too! Cute mom bought everyone a Halloween apron, even if they didn't win. What a fun night with a super fun group of gals!

Friday, October 5 - Nick and his friends are back at it! Ambra Peterson took Nick, Jackson, and Colten to Lagoon for Frightmares. They loved it! It was a little bit cold outside but it clearly didn't stop these crazies from getting Icees!

Saturday, October 6 - We were here to watch a soccer game so I feel bad that the only picture I ended up taking was of these cute girls playing together. After they colored their pictures, they turned their chairs around, draped a blanket over them, and sat under it fort-style. Love these little baby besties!

Sunday, October 7 - This is an ongoing project that is likely to take me several more hours but...I am going through the kids' clothes and getting rid of anything we no longer need. I don't know how we have accumulated so many but these are all just 3T size! I am boxing them up to give to Ryan and Ashley for Ruby. She's little now but 3T is just around the corner!
