Oct 3 - 9

Monday, October 3 - It was a big nail day today! I did Viv's nails first thing this morning, had lunch with mom, and then did her nails. I love Halloween nails! They are extra fun!

Tuesday, October 4 - When mom came to get her nails done yesterday, she brought some almost-expired graham crackers to see if my kids would eat them. After everyone went to school this morning, I sent her this picture of the empty graham cracker box and told her that they were already gone. Haha! If she ever has nearly expired food, she should give it to my children who, despite the full pantry and fridge, seem to be starving! :)

Wednesday, October 5 - Simon is enjoying his new calling with the Young Men. Tonight, they went over to Hans Reno's house to do some woodworking. I'm so glad he's back with the boys. They love him and I know being with them is great for him!

Thursday, October 6 - Zack and Ricki had Parent-Teacher Conferences this morning. Ricki was so excited to show me her name on the hallway board. :) We got glowing reports about both kids - I couldn't be happier with them and their progress. Tonight, we had Bunco and cute Carol did a costume contest. It was so much fun!

Friday, October 7 - Zack went to Chase's birthday party tonight at Airborne and had a blast! When he got home, we hurried out the door to Trevan and Jake's football game. They played so great! They won and we were able to celebrate with them after the game on the field. It was so fun to be there and see it!

Saturday, October 8 - I made these lemon cookies for another bridal shower that Jenni was throwing. Her niece, Kenzie, is getting married in a couple of weeks so she threw her a "She Found Her Main Squeeze" shower. I am enjoying so much doing cookies. I keep throwing around the idea of doing a cookie business. We'll see...

Sunday, October 9 - Ricki has been begging for Halloween nails all week so today we took the time to do it. They turned out really cute and fun!
