Mar 13 - 19

Monday, March 13 - Happy birthday to Viv today! We love Grandma Pearson! She does so much for our family and especially the kids. They adore her and Dave so we hope she had the happiest of birthdays!

Tuesday, March 14 - I was supposed to go to the temple with Jenni, mom, and grandma. However, Ricki was sick this morning and needed to stay home. Simon was in the office today so I had no choice. I had to stay home with her. :( That's okay though, I enjoyed the snuggles!

Wednesday, March 15 - Zack let me know that he needed BBQ sauce and fry sauce for tonight's Young Men's activity at about 6:45. Good thing we had BBQ sauce and Chick-Fil-A sauce in our fridge already! The boys had to roll Oreos down this board and whichever sauce they landed in, they had to eat that Oreo with that sauce on it. Yuck! The boys loved it!

Thursday, March 16 - This was a little out of my comfort zone but I did it anyway. We are having an "airplane" primary activity on Saturday so I had to do a video as a flight attendant to tell the kids what we were doing and what countries we were visiting. Like I say, it wasn't within my zone but I think it turned out kind of cute. :)

Friday, March 17 - Oh what a day! I got a call earlier saying that Jake was taken by ambulance to the hospital from school today because he had a grand mal seizure during gym class. They rushed him to the ER and they ran some tests but they weren't able to determine at this time what caused the seizure. Against my wishes, we went forward with our plan to go swimming with mom tonight. I didn't think a kid that had a seizure in the same day should go swimming but BJ was there and on full alert at where he was and how he was doing. It was a fun evening, without incident, and we ended it at Menchie's for frozen yogurt. Yum!

Saturday, March 18 - The big primary activity was today. I think it turned out so great! Simon presented his country, Britain, and Dave & Viv brought a sample of Yorkshire pudding for the kids. There were also presentations on Korea, France, Russia, and Brazil. It was really cool! Tonight, Kendra had a Hope Squad night at the Jazz game. She, plus one guest, got into the game free so she took Simon. They had a blast! What a great and happy day!

Sunday, March 19 - I got this awesome water jug from Costco this week. It is so great because it helps you drink water throughout the day as well as makes sure you get 64 oz of water in a day. Awesome!
