Monday, May 3 - We went to see one of Jake's last baseball games. He is really good! He frequently hits home runs out of the park, sometimes pitches, and usually plays first base. They lovingly call him "Big Mac" and everyone on his team loves him! We really enjoyed watching him tonight!
Tuesday, May 4 - This afternoon, class 1 (the Beehives), went to the temple for the first time since Covid started. They were all able to do baptisms and spend time together.
Wednesday, May 5 - We had tacos for Cinco de Mayo! Then Ricki felt the need to display the massive muscles that she is gaining. Haha!
Thursday, May 6 - The kids have been asking to go over to Rosecrest Park so I took Nick to Wil's house to hang out then took Zack and Ricki to the park. We played on the playground for a while then they wanted to go down in the field to play soccer. We were pleasantly surprised to find Nick and his buddies down there playing frisbee.
Friday, May 7 - We are feeling pretty darn organized at the new house! It's a lot smaller than our last working space so we need to keep it pretty organized too. Hopefully we're able to keep it this way! But we're grateful for how it is going so far.
Saturday, May 8 - It was a busy but fun Saturday. We started out at Zack's last soccer game. And of course, his awesome team slaughtered the other team! Then, the girlies and I got ready and headed to mom's house for our annual Tea Party. It was so much fun! The theme this year was umbrellas and mom went above and beyond to make it amazing! This is such a great tradition! Our primary had a Mother's Day activity today too but Ricki missed it because she was with me. However, Simon went over with Zack and took my place helping out since I'm in the Primary Presidency and wasn't even there to help! I love today!
Sunday, May 9 - Happy Mother's Day! We had the best day every today! The boys made breakfast and we had Dave and Viv over. My family spoiled me rotten! We did church at home then went over to Jenni & BJ's for a yummy Mother's Day dinner. I love days that remind me what a blessing these miracle children are in my life!
